At The Melt Menu, each product is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged before shipment.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as fragrance preference, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction with scent selection.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at themeltmenu@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request.
Our goal is for every customer to have a positive experience. If there is a problem with your order, we'll work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order, as scent preferences can vary from person to person.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please reach out and we'll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
