Do you ship orders?

Not at this time. The Melt Menu is currently serving London, Ontario by local delivery only.

We are not shipping within Canada or to the United States right now.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer local delivery in London, Ontario and nearby areas.

Local delivery is available on Wednesdays.

Delivery rates:

0–15 km: $9

15–25 km: $15

If your address is outside the current delivery area, checkout may not be available.

Do you offer pickup?

Not at this time. The Melt Menu is local delivery only during this soft launch period.

Why is The Melt Menu local-only right now?

The Melt Menu is currently in its local test-kitchen phase. This allows us to make products in small batches, test new menu items carefully, and focus on a better customer experience before opening shipping more widely.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Most items are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared.

Local deliveries are currently made on Wednesdays.

What are wax melts?

Wax melts are scented pieces of wax that are warmed in a wax warmer to release fragrance. They are wickless, flame-free fragrance products when used with an electric warmer, and they do not burn like a candle.

Some warmers use tealights, so always follow the safety instructions for your specific warmer.

Are these real food?

No. The Melt Menu products are wax melts only.

They are designed to look like food, but they are not edible. Please keep all wax melts away from children, pets, and anyone who may mistake them for real food.

How do I use them?

Place a small amount of wax into the dish of a wax warmer and allow it to melt gently. Start with less than you think you need, especially with scoopable or sliceable melts.

Do not add water. Do not place wax directly on a stovetop or open flame. Always use a proper wax warmer and follow the warmer’s instructions.

How strong are the scents?

Scent strength can vary depending on the fragrance, warmer type, room size, airflow, and how much wax you use.

For best results, start with a small amount and add more if needed.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. The Melt Menu products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight differences in colour, drizzle, toppings, texture, and finish are normal.

That is part of the charm of small-batch wax melts.
